Healthy Activity Program

This program is a great way to help you stay active. Participants are required to perform and log physical activity. Time dedicated to physical activity translates into points that provide chances in weekly prize drawings. There are a wide range of activities that are included in the program. To sign up or log activity, click here.

More on participation
To participate, all you have to do is record healthy physical activity that you perform. To be eligible for weekly prize drawings, participants must accumulate and log minutes dedicated to physical activity. The minutes of exercise/activity that you record translates into points; one minute equals one point. The minimum requirement to be included in the prize drawings is 90 minutes (points) of physical activity in a week. The more points you accumulate each week, the more opportunities you have to win.

1 chance = 90 – 119 points in a week
2 chances = 120 – 149 points in a week
3 chances = 150 points and up in a week

Points for each week accumulate from Monday through Sunday. Points for the prior week are recorded at the end of the work day each Monday (so be sure to keep your log as current as possible) with the prize drawing being held on Tuesday. There will be one winner per week and the upcoming prize will be announced each Monday.

You can sign up any time; simply click on the following link and enter your full ASU email address and current password for computer login at ASU: https://apps.astate.edu/fitness/index.php.
