"The benefits pretty much remain the same as they have for a number of years - the exercise helps me maintain my weight loss and keep my depression under control.  I also feel sluggish when I don't exercise regularly.  In general I just feel better and more healthy overall when I exercise on a regular basis and I don't get sick nearly as often as I used to."

"Stomach area firmed up and lost a couple of inches in the waist."

"Exercising is a mood enhancer--I just feel much better about myself when I exercise, and I don't make myself feel as guilty for eating foods that are not so good for me when I exercise regularly.  Also I've been able to tone my body since I began to exercise more, which is  a definite plus!  I haven't had any kind of tests performed to prove this, but I also feel as though I'm healthier (physically and mentally) from exercising.  "

"Overall less joint pain. "

"Looked better and felt better."

"What stress benefits I did derive from the swim class in the middle of the day and what walking I did get to do for such a short period of time was beneficial and is motivation enough to make me want to participate again."
