MyBenefits, MetLife's award-winning employee service portal, is a valuable tool designed to help employees handle their own benefits needs, at their convenience.  MyBenefits takes personalization and integration to a new level by providing a comprehensive picture of all the MetLife benefit choices each employee has available to them.

MyBenefits can assist employees in the following ways:

  • It's personalized.  With the MyAccount feature, users get a comprehensive summary of all benefit options and selections, such as type of dental plan elected and last claim processed.
  • It's convenient.  Users can access MyBenefits from the office or from home, at their convenience.
  • It's fast.  MyBenefits users can view up-to-the-minute coverage information, and even elect to receive an email notification, if subscribed, that will keep them informed of status changes to their claims and other important information.
  • It's informative.  Message boxes on the home page allow for MetLife to communicate timely benefits information, such as enrollment dates and new product offerings.
  • It's a resource.  A Forms Library contains the documents employees need for filing claims.
